Terms of Use (Designs)

Hi! Thank you for purchasing/thinking about purchasing some of my designs. I ask that these rules be followed for the control and use of my designs, if any of these rules are met, you will be blacklisted and will no longer be able to obtain any of my designs (even if purchased from other people).

  • Do not resell my designs for a higher price than you paid. You will only be able to resell for a higher price if you have obtained extra art for the character (made by you, or purchased). Don't sell designs you got on trades/freebies unless you have extra art.

  • Minimum cooldown of 15 days. Please do not resell/trade my designs before 15 days you have it.

  • Do not trade or sell my designs to blacklisted people. You will also be blacklisted if you do this.

  • Please, if the character is posted / featured, I ask you to credit me for the design on any of my social media. Mainly on ToyHou.se

  • You have 100% permission to change the design, change the character's gender, add or remove details. I just ask that you keep my name as the creator of the design, even if it is 100% changed.

  • This is not a rule, but avoid leaving my designs gathering dust somewhere! I am very happy when they are used and I see them being loved. <3

Blacklist

Blacklisted people aren't always people who did something to me directly. Sometimes I just don't feel comfortable with how these people take care of their designs, and I really don't want to see my designs with these people. Please DO NOT DM me asking why people are here, or confront me if you are, I just did this so I can have peace and comfort. I will ignore or even block if I am confronted by the names on this list.
Most of these people are inside Facebook, unfortunately I don't have more information about these people's other social networks.
If any gossip or buzz is created on top of my blacklist, I will also know and I will also block them all. This list is for my mental health exclusively, and I want to be left alone with it, and at no point do I want to comment on it. I just don't want my designs to be obtained by these people.
JUST RESPECT MY DECISION ABOUT IT.
I DO NOT WANT AND WILL NOT answer anything regarding this, it should just be respected.
No one has absolutely nothing to do with my reasons for these people being here, so I hope everyone is aware of that.The blacklist is for designs, bases, commissions.Thank you.

Terms of Use (Bases)

All my bases have exactly the same rules. So if you follow them, I would really appreciate it! Remembering that if the rules are broken, you will be blacklisted.

  • Always keep the credits! You can credit me for my bases on any of my social networks.

  • You can use my bases for personal designs, adopts, commissions, YCH, and any other use. Only commercial use (for stores, company logos, etc) has a fee.

  • There is no minimum value to sell adopts on my base. feel free to set the price that suits you best!

  • DO NOT RESELL MY BASE, MUCH LESS SEND IT TO SOMEONE WHO HAS NOT PAID! My bases are for the exclusive use of the person who buys them, DO NOT SHARE FOR ANY REASON, AND FOR ANY PURPOSE.

  • Do not modify the base to the point of making it unrecognizable. You can add details, add a new lineart, or anything like that.
